  • Expedited/Express shipping does not apply to CATALOG ORDERS. Please choose standard shipping flat rate at checkout and allow 4 – 6 weeks.
  • Free Shipping Promotions: When active this method only applies to US 48 contiguous states and is standard flat rate.
  • PO Boxes NOT allowed. Please provide a physical delivery address.
  • Items containing Lithium Batteries cannot be shipped via air freight services and are available in the contiguous 48 US States only.
  • Expedited/Express shipping may be suspended during peak shipping seasons. If rush shipping is needed during these times – call for a quote.

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Typical standard delivery times are as follows.

  • In-stock Items: 2-5 business days
  • Personalized Items: (Awards, etc.): 7-10 business days from art approval.
  • Catalog Items: Times vary, avg. 4-6 weeks

Standard ground transit times vary depending on your location (in-stock orders originate from our Richmond, VA fulfillment center.)

You may select an expedited flat rate for faster delivery. (excludes catalog)

Production and handling can not be rushed on Shadow Box Awards.

Please note you may expect extended delivery times during holidays and Government year end. (July – Sept)

This store does not offer a customer account area for order tracking and history. This feature has been disabled due to security reasons. Shoppers use the store in “guest mode” and all order communications are sent to the email you provide when ordering, including order confirmations and invoices.

We use industry best encryption with our networks and our facilities are restricted to authorized and vetted employees only. We do not retain any payment information for added security.

Your order is processed by an in-house team of full-time and vetted fulfillment associates to ensure quality and timely delivery. In-stock orders are packed and shipped usually within 1 to 2 business days. Express orders are rushed, packed and shipped same-day. (If received before 3pm)

Awards cannot be express-shipped, as they are made to order and require 1 day of production time.

You will receive an order confirmation immediately when you order is placed to the email used at checkout. This serves as your receipt and invoice. (check your spam folder)

Shipping confirmation and tracking comes from UPS.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, please let us know and will try to make it right.

Generally, new, unused, and unopened items are returnable for a refund or exchange, minus shipping costs, within 30 days. Start your return by calling or emailing customer service. Please reference your order number.

If you have a problem with your carrier or package damage, please address that with your carrier’s customer service.

Return restrictions may apply for sale / clearance merchandise.

All users shop in “guest mode” keeping each visit to the shop more secure. There are no publicly accessible account areas storing your personal information or order history. We do not keep sensitive information in our controlled systems. All information stored is attached to a unique order ID which stays with that order throughout the fulfillment process, available only to shop managers and support personnel.

Payment transactions are encrypted and secured by 3rd party processing.

Order historys are purged annually.
